Governance Committee

Welcome to the Los Angeles Unified School District's Governance Committee homepage.

The Governance Committee is one of the standing committees of the Board of Education for 2008-2009 school year. This Committee considers ideas, policies, and proposals that could improve the efficiency of the Los Angeles Unified School District.

Committee Members for the 2008-2009 school year are: Chairperson Tamar Galatzan and Members Marlene Canter, Yolie Flores Aguilar, and Julie Korenstein.

The Committee meets in the Board Room at the LAUSD Headqarters - 333 S. Beaudry Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90017.
